Nice video!!! It reminds us some of the documentaries movies during September 11 bombing at WTC, where all these firemen became the subject of attention. or almost similar as the movie 'Ladder 49'. But somehow the video 'clicks' the song so well. For me the video has already played a very good role in arousing audiences' sense of melancholy. But overall, the song is good plus the very romantic lyrics: "Stop breathing if I don't see you anymore". But if it's compared with the other Nickelback's songs, such as 'How You Remind Me', somehow 'Far Away' sounds too melancholy for Nickelback's listeners. Or you can try to listen to some of Nickelback's songs from OST, such as: 'Hero' (OST Spiderman) or 'Learn the Hard Way' (OST Daredevil), so after that you'll find out what's actually missing from the song, but it still has the 'touch' of Nickelback with the great unique voice of Chad Kroeger. Well, you can just tell that it's Nickelback once you hear it in the radio from the voice.

As the first single, 'Far Away' might be the perfect starter for the public. Now, Nickelback has released the video for their second single, 'Savin Me' and we can't just wait to see it. Me, myself, really loves this Canadian band because of the great songs they have and not forgetting the charm of the vocalists :o) Two thumbs up!!!
